We are an extension salon. We're not creating a membership and then nickel-and-diming our extension guests. Extensions are included in the standard blowout price. However, we're also protecting the allotted appointment time.

Every membership blowout includes up to 60 minutes of service time.

If the guest's hair requires additional time due to:

a $15 Extended Blowout charge applies.

Soft, elongated, intentionally undone waves.

The guest is not charged based on which finish she chooses.

Automatic Billing

Memberships are automatically billed monthly on the member's enrollment date. New credits are issued with each successful monthly payment.

No Minimum Commitment

Members may cancel. There is no required annual contract.

Rollover

Unused blowouts can roll over, but guests may bank no more than one month's allotment.

The Edit → up to 1 rollover credit

The Ritual → up to 2 rollover credits

The Essential → up to 4 rollover credits

Cancellation

After cancellation, eligible unused credits must be redeemed within 30 days.

Pausing

A membership may be paused for up to three months.

After six months, the membership will be treated as canceled. Client must be made aware of cancelling 30 days prior to their next billing cycle.

Late Cancellations + No-Shows

If an appointment falls within Citrine's late-cancellation/no-show policy: The membership credit is considered used. Citrine Late cancel/ no show policy will be followed here.

Transferability

Memberships and credits are for the enrolled guest only.They cannot be transferred to another person. The exception is the specifically designated Bestie Blowout perk, which is a discounted separate service rather than a transferred credit.

Price Changes

Citrine may change membership pricing with 30 days' notice. Client must be notified 30 days prior to next billing cycle.

Availability

Membership provides service credits. It does not guarantee appointment availability.

Prebooking is strongly encouraged. Before publishing these consumer-facing terms, the final agreement should be reviewed for Virginia requirements around automatic renewal, prepaid service credits, expiration/rollover and cancellation.
