Citrine operates with 2 concierge managers who are the heartbeat of the salon. Our concierge managers handle scheduling, client communication, retail, and all the behind-the-scenes details. 

The salon is intentionally built for extension and hair loss services We have a dedicated prep areas (no more washing extensions in shampoo bowls!), fully stocked hair wall with wefts, keratin bonds, beads, needles, thread, everything ready when you need it.

We have a large break room and a team that genuinely wants to see you succeed.

Compensation & Benefits:

    •    Commission 44–53%

    •    Paid bi-weekly

    •    401(k) with 4% match

    •    Flexible M–F schedule (full-time: four 8-hour days)

    •    Weekends off

    •    4 weeks off annually, including 1 week PTO
