01. Complete Your Consultation Form
Begin by filling out our Extension Consultation Form. This gives our team a better understanding of your hair goals, lifestyle, and desired transformation before we ever meet.

02. Meet Our Concierge
Once your form has been submitted, our Concierge will personally review your information, pair you with the stylist who best fits your needs, and schedule your in-person consultation.

03. Your Custom Consultation
During your consultation, your stylist will evaluate your hair, discuss your goals, determine the best extension method for you, and create a customized plan designed specifically for your hair.

04. Review Your Personalized Estimate
Following your consultation, you'll receive a detailed estimate via email outlining your recommended services, hair investment, and maintenance plan.

05. Reserve Your Hair
Ready to move forward? Simply accept your estimate, which converts it into your official invoice. To reserve your hair, a deposit equal to 50% of the cost of your hair is required.

06. We Order Your Hair
Once your deposit has been received, our Concierge will order your custom hair and will reach out to schedule your installation appointment.
Because every order is customized specifically for you, we recommend allowing:
• The Luxe Collection: approximately 7–10 business days
• The Exclusive Collection: approximately 2+ weeks
